本ページは福井大学　グローバル・リーダーシップ・プログラム　ポイント管理システムを利用するためのユーザー登録用のページです。ユーザー登録にあたっては、個人情報保護規約をご確認・同意のうえ、以下の手順に従ってユーザー登録を行ってください。 This page is for user registration to use the University of Fukui Global Leadership Program Point Management System. Please read and agree to the Terms of Use and follow the steps below to register as a user.

個人情報保護規約
  1. グローバル・リーダーシップ・プログラム　ポイント管理に使用する、学内ログイン（統一認証）IDを入力してください。 Enter your campus login ID (University System ID) in Step 1 screen.
  2. 入力後、送信ボタンをクリックしてください。 After entering your ID, click "Submit" button.
  3. 入力メールアドレス宛に、ユーザー登録案内メールを送信します。 A user registration information e-mail will be sent to your campus e-mail you entered.
  4. 登録案内メールに記載のユーザー登録ページのURLにアクセスし、ユーザー登録ＳＴＥＰ２画面の内容に従い、入力します。 Access the URL for the user registration page provided in the e-mail, and enter the information according to the contents of STEP 2: User Registration.
  5. ユーザー登録ＳＴＥＰ２画面の登録ボタンをクリックします。クリック後、よく使用するメールアドレス宛に６桁の認証コードを送信するとともに、ユーザー登録ＳＴＥＰ３画面を表示します。 After entering the information, click "Register" button, then STEP 3 screen will be displayed. At the same time, a 6-digit verification code will be sent to your frequently used e-mail address you entered in STEP 2.
  6. ユーザー登録ＳＴＥＰ３画面に５）の６桁の認証コードを入力し、認証ボタンをクリックします。 Enter the 6-digit verification code in STEP 3 screen and click "Verify" button.
